Rescheduling & Cancellation Policies

To best serve you, we have "worry-free" rescheduling and cancellation policies.

Please note, to avoid abuse, all refunds, store credits and rescheduling privileges are subject to the sole discretion of Toronto SUP & Kayak.

Please call or text us at 647-546-4787. When possible, we will reschedule your arrival time and send you an updated confirmation email.

For safety reasons, reservations cannot be extended beyond sunset.

You can reschedule your reservation at any time provided we receive your request to reschedule at least 3 hours prior to your reservation time and date.

To reschedule your reservation:

  1. Simply hit reply to your booking confirmation email.
  2. Let us know in your reply email that you would like to reschedule your reservation.
  3. Please provide us with the time and date that you'd like for us to rebook your reservation.

We will send you a confirmation email with your updated time and date for your reservation.

Rescheduling requests made with less than 3 hours notice are at the sole discretion of Toronto SUP & Kayak.

We do not provide refunds or store credits for "no shows."

Full refunds are available for your rentals provided we receive your request to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your reservation time and date.

To cancel your reservation:

  1. Simply hit reply to your booking confirmation email.
  2. Let us know in your reply email that you would like to cancel your reservation.
  3. If your cancellation is made with more than 24 hours notice, we will issue a full refund to your credit card and send you a confirmation email.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable but may be eligible for a store credit at the sole discretion of Toronto SUP & Kayak.

For safety reasons, we may close operations during hazardous weather conditions. Examples of hazardous weather conditions include, but may not be limited to, weather forecasts of high winds or thunderstorms.

If you have an existing reservation, our staff will contact you at the phone number or email that you've provided and you will have the option to reschedule (subject to availability) or to receive a full refund.
